MEET BRYAN AND DAVID

Founded by chefs Bryan McConnaughey and David Goldstone, Amigos Locos food truck and catering is part of their larger culinary venture, Wildfire Catering. With years of professional kitchen experience and a passion for vibrant, accessible food, they launched Amigos Locos food truck to bring restaurant-caliber Mexican street eats to the streets of Providence. Their goal is simple: to deliver big flavor, local ingredients, and good energy wherever the truck rolls up.
